Check-in was a nightmare. You have to use the Hotels App, then you have to use a text message, log in, and complete check-in. And then you have to watch for an email; they may or may not go to spam. They really need to streamline this process. It would have made the stay better

Perfect hotel to explore the Wynwood area.
Right in the heart of the area.
Since there were other reviews on the topic.
No issues with noise, but you are in Wywood area, and had hot water. You pay a destination fee but give you coupons to Wynwood walls, so the cost is close to the same.

This place looked just like advertised. Perfect for what we needed for 1 night. In the heart of Little Havanna where you feel like you are in Cuba was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. The room I stayed in was small, yet comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very nice. The location is great. I wish the parking situation was better or there was an option for offsite. Because on Friday night you will night find anywhere to park.
