Very nice hotel
The hotel is very nice. The room I stayed in was small, yet comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very nice. The location is great. I wish the parking situation was better or there was an option for offsite. Because on Friday night you will night find anywhere to park.

Great stay, friendly staff, good selection on breakfast. Rooms and facilities clean and aesthetically pleasing. Looks like a mansion for yourself. Would definitely recommend. Little Havana has a beautiful culture and vibe about it with local traditions and amazing restaurants nearby.

Small boutique hotel located walking distance to Little Havana. New building tucked into the neighborhood. Nice, modern accommodations, using digital technology to register and enter facilities. Staff was very accommodating with storing our luggage for the day before checking in.

Very nice property. Fences give it considerable privacy. It is not a block from the name drag in Little Havana as a single woman looks like it is just beginning to upgrade. There are homes in the area in repair. The property itself is absolutely lovely. The start of staff very helpful. There’s a lovely breakfast in the morning. Everything is very clean and up-to-date. This is a little oasis and I enjoyed my stay!

Fantastic. Way better than several resorts we stayed at. Quiet, quaint and a gem! All the amenities and great location walking distance from Lil Havana.
Slight feedback- parking is an issue so maybe provide guests with a map of parking options to reduce stress and increase a perceived sense of security.

Loved the location of this hotel! We could walk to so many amazing restaurants in Little Havana. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were too firm in my opinion, I had a hard time sleeping on such a firm mattress. But the design of the entire hotel was superb and super clean. The breakfast that was provided in the mornings was lovely as well.

Very expensive for what you get. But this is Miami in February so prices are inflated everywhere. It’s a good establishment, just nothing to write home about. Convenient to eateries in little Havana. We felt safe because it’s in the heart of the tourist area.

New and very modern. Extremely good design. Very comfortable room, shower, sheets and bathrobe.
Continental breakfast. Calle Ocho is just around the corner. It is very quiet unless you have a lower floor room with young kids in the room above!

I have found the best kept secret in Miami and selfishly, I hope it stays that way. I flew in town super early and was exhausted, and The Rover took care of all of my needs! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the style of the hotel is beautiful, and I love that it’s in a residential neighborhood close by to everything. I walked to the famous Versailles restaurant for dinner and passed many great looking closer ones. There are also great coffee shops close by. I hope to stay here every time I come to Miami. Thank you for everything (esp that early check in!!!!) it really saved my life.

On our first visit to Miami, my wife and I wanted to take in the local Cuban Flavors of Calle Ocho in Little Havana.What a fantastic choice the modern and unique boutique hotel,The Rover was.Just a block and a half off of the main part of Calle Ocho,The Rover put us within easy walking distance to Excellent dining choices,and unique Cigar factory experiences such as the Cremo Factory “Blend your own custom cigar experience”.Finally of course the local flavors and colors of Old Havana and Cuban heritage.Two nights at The Rover! Perfect.

Wonderful location very close to Little Havana but quiet and secluded. Hotel was new very stylish and modern with excellent furniture inside and outside on terrace. Only fault was for such a new property the cleaning needs to be perfect. The outside table had food and drink spills which were not cleaned despite pointing them out to the owner. He should have checked this before leaving. Staff and owner helpful and friendly.

The location is convenient
Very close to calle ocho and not far from Brickell. It' a small boutique style hotel lovated in residential area. They don't have elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs on your own. They don't have a real front desk to check in
There's a guy who is there during business hour to help if you need anything. You might not see him while he's there but you can call him. We were there with two kids. But I think this hotel is most suitable for a couple or solo Travelers then people with the kids

Lovely boutique hotel one block from Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Very chic. Softest bathrobe I have ever worn! Sheets and bed luxurious. Room small, but I think I had the least expensive one. Bathroom large and chic. Nice outdoor seating. Continental breakfast, although no napkins and we were unsure where to put used dishes. No pool. Great spot to enjoy Little Havana! Nice getaway. 25 minutes drive to South Beach.

What an incredible experience! We had a family event close by stayed at the Rover for a quick weekend. Located within walking distance to Calle 8’s Little Havana. Aside from our family events there was not much need for a car, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is tastefully decorated, modern decor with new world timeless pieces. Our room was spacious and comfortable it also had a balcony which we utilized to drink coffee each morning. The continental breakfast was lovely. What made our experience exceptional however was the staff, what an amazing crew! They really go out of their way to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect and any requests you may have are addressed within minutes. To my dear Jenny thank you for taking such great care of me and my family, eres super especial. Highly recommend will definitely be back!
