Air conditioning did not work. When it did, it would only turn on for 5 minutes per hour. The only way we noticed this was when I met with employee to get the key. It took about 30 minutes for her to figure out how it works. And she had make several phone calls to learn to flip circuit break on & to take batteries out of TV remote to get it to work.- Now I don’t have a TV remote but that’s ok because the TV doesn’t have cable-shocker. It’s only used for casting/mirroring or Netflix. The stove wouldn’t lite. Then the company advised me I had to buy matches or a lighter & hold it to the stovetop. I feel like matches should be included. Same with batteries for remotes. Handles were already falling off kitchen cabinets when I got there, water heater stopped working & I learned after a couple cold showers I had to reset the water heater. The black out curtains don’t fit the glass sliding door so light comes in before 6 am. They forgot to clean the floor before I had arrived. It was filthy. Typical company owning a poorly maintained apartment
