"Wonderful room and service! We were upgraded due to availability, which was a beautiful surprise as it was our first Umrah. Our Room had some view of Masjid Al Haram’s courtyard. It was truly a blessing. We could hear prayers in the room, which was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The golf cart system to the Haram from the hotel was so helpful! Would definitely stay there again. "
