The room was lovely and the location ideal. The administrative side of it was terrible. Even though we had paid long in advance, we couldn't get in. They didn't send access information until we were en route then they wanted us to print and fill in more forms, send copies of IDs, pay an additional security deposit fee without a usable secure site. The staff on site in the building were rude and unhelpful. It took 4 days before we could access the promised free parking space. They would only ever let us have one key - given that the suite had 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - plenty for 4 people - it made life very difficult. We had to keep messaging each other to find out when we could coordinate getting in and out. We only had 2 people in this large suite but we were charged $180 for an "extra" person. The suite was very well equipped and stocked but there were no instructions with anything, making it difficult to use the stove, microwave, washer, internet, etc.
