The location is very good, and the building is very nice. However, considering the amount paid for a five-day stay, I expected something better. The apartment needs renovations; the kitchen is old and has few appliances, and the bathrooms are outdated. In addition, some pieces of furniture are in poor condition, including a damaged dining room chair and worn-out balcony furniture. If I were the owner of this apartment, I would renovate it, because it is a nice building with good service, but it definitely needs an upgrade.
