I wish the specter of crime didn't hang all over the city. The city is wonderful and beautiful; the people are lovely and generous. These are obscured by the fact that every property is securely fenced and every place has anti-theft card systems.

São Paulo is a very nice city, but at this moment the council and governor are not looking after very well. The city is dirty with homeless and drug addicted people all around. same areas are not safe.

Sao Paulo is a fun city but it is big and there are areas you need to watch yourself in, just like any big city. The people there are kind and do appreciate when you try to speak some Portuguese, they always smile and love that you are trying.
