So I didn’t even get to stay here so I cannot comment on anything other than the rude front desk clerk who did not see my reservation. He put me in when I showed him my ID. Check in time on my reservation through hotels said 2pm, I was told that they “ may” have a room at 3 and I would have to wait. I had to come to town for a family member who was getting a transplant. No resolution and their policy is no refund and they denied the hotels.com rep any waiver on that policy even though it was not me who fell through on the reservation. Not to mention the whole reception area smelled like an ash tray which wasn’t ideal. Needless to stay I spent my weekend in the hospital with no resolution or refund. So I couldn’t get even get another room. Waste of money. Thanks.
