Great room - spacious and nice and quiet. Close to the arena and stadium. The folks with Keefer House were also nice enough to hold our bags for a few hours while we waited for our train back to the States.

Very friendly and attentive staff - convenient parkade accross street - easy access to shopping, restaurants, venues etc. - very nice accomodations and comfortable beds - clean and quiet. Would stay again!

Highly recommend this property! It was so close to Roger’s Arena, the room had all amenities you could ask for and the property seems brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room is spotless! It was so nice to have more space than a regular hotel room and the full kitchen was great to have.

The room was absolutely spectacular and the building itself was top notch. It is brand new so the restaurant and other things aren't open yet but I can only imagine how great they will be when they are! Will definitely be staying here again!

Keefer House was exceptionally clean, spotless and well-maintained. The agent was very quick to respond to my text messages, which I really appreciated. I would recommend adding a full-length mirror somewhere in the house for convenience. The area felt safe thanks to the 24-hour security outside the building, which was reassuring given that there are quite a few homeless individuals nearby.
There’s no on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but there is a parking lot directly across the street. Just be sure not to leave any valuables in your car to avoid break-ins. Overall, I would definitely stay at Keefer House again.

The facility was lovely, there were a few issues but they were great with communicating right away.
It is brand new, so we blew a breaker and texted for help, someone came right away but was unable to fix it. This resulted in us not having bedside lamps or plugs for one night, which was inconvenient.
They were excellent with communication, and had security at the front door and he was also veyry helpful and pleasant to deal with. There are a few items that we would suggest be stocked, pot holders or oven mits, more linens in the kitchen. We were directed to a storage area for any items we may have required that were not stocked. Overall it is a great option for 4 people, with a kitchen and laundry facilities.
