O quarto estava impecável. Café da manhã excelente e variado com reposição muito eficiente. Área do hotel com tudo a mão, transporte, comércio farto, etc... Local seguro. Mas o que mais chama a atenção diz respeito as colaboradores da pousada. Tati, Neuza e Patrícia são o diferencial. A empatia, acolhimento e cuidado com o hóspede é visto em todo tempo. A Patrícia é uma daquelas pessoas diferentes. Cuida de tudo e todos. Uma preocupação constante de nos deixar muito a vontade na pousada. Sentimo-nos em casa. Volto com família com certeza. A Pinheiro Real foi uma surpresa daquelas que a gente costuma chamar de boa. Obrigado por tudo Pati, Tati e Neuza, vocês foram excelentes conosco.

O quarto é abafado e não possui ar condicionado e nem sequer um ventilador de teto, o colchão é muito duro, acordei com muitas dores nas costas, infelizmente não me atentei sobre isso quando fiz a reserva, pois normalmente as pousadas possuem no mínimo ventiladores, enfim o valor cobrado não condiz com o que é oferecido. Eis aqui um estabelecimento que não voltarei jamais.

Instalação do quarto muito boa. Destaque para toslhas de banho e de rosto de ótima qualidade.

Peguei o quarto com 3 camas, sendo uma de casal e 2 de solteiro, com isso não tinha nem espaço pra abrir a mala, mas estava tudo limpo e organizado.

Quarto limpo, banheiro impecável, cama super confortável, travesseiros que te abraçam. Café da manhã simples e muito gostoso, com tudo que é de costume em um café da manhã. Atendimento excelente, a recepcionista um amor, muito gentil e atenciosa. Enfim, adorei, recomendo.

De ruim a péssimo
A pousada não possui frihobar ventilador, não tem comunicação dos quartos com a recepção. Na entrega da chave a mesma induziu termos consumido algo do quarto ( nem frigobar tem nos quartos ) E o pior é que qd saímos eles não fizeram uma vistoria e uns 20 minutos após já termos saído da cidade a recepcionista ficou ligando nos acusando de termos levado um cobertor da pousada . Sendo que sempre que viajo de carro eu levo meus itens pessoais . Enfim estamos constrangidos após mesmo nos ameaçar perante o app de termos " roubado" um cobertor .
