This is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel. The food is average - I saw a waitress adding boiling water to the baked beans at breakfast which shows they don’t really care about quality. It’s a very noisy hotel. Our room balcony was unusable because the extractor fan from the restaurant pumped hot greasy air onto it. The fitness area is run down, parts are broken and it’s just not fit for purpose. The whole place could do with a deep clean and some TLC. The location is lovely. The wine is nice. Some of the staff are great - others, not so much.

We stay at Annabel beach resort for 7 nights as a family of 4. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beach is small but lovely, we had enough sunbeds each day. Pools were harder to find a bed around. We had buffet for breakfast and dinner with a great selection every evening. The bar near the beach offers a smaller selection but enough for lunch Drinks, plenty of choice, mocktails did seen quite watery as pre made, but beer is good. Overall a great experience

We had an extremely large team stay there 1-2 weeks at the end of the season. The management went over and beyond doing everything in his power to accommodate our team and all our needs. We enjoyed our experience at the resort and everything was great apart one little but still very important detail: no wi-fi in rooms?! We found it odd for a 5 star resort and being in 2024! The wi-fi was available only in the lobby and they offered us to buy 10 euros card with no possibility of sharing between devices. Very nice personnel, good variety of good, nice vegetation in the gardens. The beach though not so amazing: small, rocky entry in the water and the parasols need to be changed.

This is absolutely not a 5-star resort. Dirty, terrible food, rude staff incapable of adhering to the health and hygiene standards required for a resort, disgusting common services, unclean, old rooms, and absolutely uncomfortably comfortable for a 15-day stay. The sea is unsafe, the pools are dirty and unsupervised by a lifeguard, and the entertainment is poor, boring, and repetitive.

Lovely hotel

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in Annabelle. And we absolutely loved it. Family of 3 boys 13, 16 and 17 and always something to do for them. The animation team were excellent all through the day. Villa was lovely and spotless. Cleaned every day. Lovely location on the beach and only a few minutes from Hersonnisos. Food was lovely and great selection every night. We will be back

Avoid at all costs, nowhere near 5 stars Do not be fooled by the 5 star label,this resort is not even close to 3 stars. Fourteen days here felt like a bad joke. The food was tasteless, plant-based milk when requested was served spoiled three times, and shockingly, we even found pieces of glass in the chocolate pot that my niece nearly swallowed. Cleanliness is appalling: filthy restaurant, public toilets cleaned only once a day, and rooms that are old, dirty and falling apart. The entire structure is run-down, and the staff consistently rude and unhelpful. The animation team tried their best, but the weekly schedule just repeated itself, so in two weeks we saw the same shows twice. This is not a luxury holiday – it is unsafe, unhygienic, and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Very good but not excellent

Pros: Nice, clean, modern, beautiful resort right on the beach. All staff very polite, helpful and obliging and would go the extra mile to make your stay a positive experience. Special thanks to Maria. Two large outdoor swimming pools,one indoor pool, one kids paddling pool, and a jacuzzi (at extra cost) Free WiFi in public areas but extra cost in rooms. Great spa/massage treatments available but at an additional cost. Good food but the menu did not vary very much. For example, mainly Mediterranean cuisine and no Indian or Chinese food. Unlimited food and drink through out the day, but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, nor at lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. Unlimited alcoholic drinks but for only standard beer and wine. Premium beers & wines at extra cost. Good activities for children. House keeping is very good. Cons: Air conditioning panel was broken but the AC itself did work Pebbly beach. Many unused reserved sun beds despite no reservation policy. Some sun beds were dirty. Table tennis tables old and need replacing. WiFi connectivity and speed is poor. Lots of steps - not for the elderly or anyone with walking difficulties. Most rooms do not have a sea view. Some rooms have pool view, others have view of the walkway and some have a view of the road. No lifeguards at any of the pools, but there is a life guard at the beach.
