Friendly staff, clean room, good value for money. WiFi could be better, it's quite unstable when doing VoIP phone calls.

The stay was really good. Lots of good eateries near by. The receptionist Dhanush was of great help in taking care of my logistics, as I was new to the city. All the cab bookings from the hotel to my destinations were taken care by him, which saved me significant amount of money. If anyone is planning for US VISA related stay, this is the best bet with affordable price, as the drive to the consulate is less than 10 mins.
