The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was very nice and clean. I was surprised at having to pay for internet access and having to request items for the kitchen. Luckily, I did not need anything for the kitchen.

After I made a Prepaid order for two room left me at the street with no directions and kids tired at 12pm with no where to go after a 16hr drive, which we were to tired to keep driving, frustrating and overwhelming.
