Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere.
The rooftop deck and dining area are fantastic.

The hotel is very comfortable, accommodating and has friendly staff. The interior was updated and modern. The room was a little cramped and had lots of doors that were in the way, but definitely comfortable. The only issue I had was asking for pool towels one night. The person at the front desk was snippy with me and we didn't get towels for an hour and a half. Otherwise, it was a great 3 days! The breakfast is great - so many choices and the dining room is beautiful.

The breakfast could have had more fruit and yogurt options. The room was very clean. A veggie/fruit/cheese was in our room for our 10-year anniversary. Excellent touch! All the staff were very friendly. No issues with the valet service. Overall, excellent stay.
