There was no heat A worker came to fix it but couldn’t. He gave us blankets and said then would refund. No refund because we booked through Hotels.com

No heat in the room! Awoke to a room temp. of 67 F . Asked for a different room but was told that unless I was staying for two nights then there were no rooms available for me !
They had experienced heat problems in the past but thought it was fixed.
At breakfast everyone had to wear jackets
Breakfast had zero non dairy options for food.
Worst stay ever in a Hampton in over 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member .

The shower produced only a small drizzle of water pressure. We reported that to the front desk. We had to kind of run back and forth in order to get wet. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Did have an issue with the thermostat. At first it didn't work, we couldn't turn the temperature down so we ended up turning it off. Next morning I discovered the front plastic plate on the wall control was not firmly pushed in to the wall bracket. When I did that it seemed to work just fine.
