Hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, in a residential area. The hotel conditions are poor.

Not super bad but definitely not great.

Bathroom was not super clean, with dirt stains on the tiles and some unfinished or poorly made finishes. The room's television doesn't work (turns off after a few seconds), most channels were inaccessible, and there are no streaming apps. Not exactly a complaint, but they only keep one pillow per bed.

Muito bom, perto do Pacaembu.

Estivemos hospedados para participar da SP City Marathon. O hotel fica a 1,5 km da largada (Pacaembu). Fizemos o check in no sábado, e check out no domingo. O quarto estava limpo e era espaçoso, e o único porém é que solicitei cama de casal na reserva, e o quarto estava configurado com 2 camas de solteiro. Não tomamos café da manhã pois saímos às 5 da manhã para a corrida, e retornamos por volta de 11:15, horário em que o café não estava mais disponível. Sugestão para a administração é adiantar o café para dia de eventos como a SP City Marathon.
