Taj Cape Town
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff "
Novotel Marrakech Hivernage
2/10 Terrible
"Location was the ok, but the rooms were very dated and not well maintained. No TV apps, so not good for visitors who don’t speak the local language "
Cape Heritage Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay. Everything was with in walking distance. "
Kenzi Rose Garden
4/10 Poor
"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."
Sarova Panafric Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill
8/10 Good
"Good stay for one night. Friendly staff. "
Le Riad Monceau
6/10 Okay
"The hotel is excellent, very friendly staff, and super clean. However, if you're planning to book your stay here, you need to be aware of the below so you're not surprised:
There is a live jazz band that performs every night from 8pm to 11 pm. Our room was right next to the band area. And there were tables right outside our room. So we had to navigate past other diners to get to our room.
Similarly, we had another room on the 1st floor, also overlooking the band area. You cannot tune out the music. And there was a table right outside our room that guests were seated at for dinner/music. We had to walk past other diners to get to either of our rooms.
If you're looking for privacy, and quiet, you might want to be aware of what you're getting into and request a quieter area of the hotel."
Sarova Stanley Hotel, Nairobi
10/10 Excellent
"Haven of quiet, comfort, elegance and kindness amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown Nairobi: The Sarova Stanley is an amazing hotel. It is a beautiful building, immaculately maintained, thoroughly modern, yet with the feel of a world-class, historic hotel. The Thai Chi restaurant is exceptional for the quality of the food and the ambience, and the breakfast buffet, especially featuring local dishes on Friday mornings, is wonderful. The best part though is the hotel staff: warm and welcoming Hospitality Professionals, knowledgeable about their mission, proud of what they do, and determined to provide an excellent level of customer service and experience. I recommend this special place unconditionally - and plan to return!"
Palais Sebban
10/10 Excellent
"A deep immersive cultural experience. "
Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura
10/10 Excellent
"A very nice hotel with all the amenities, including a beautiful outside pool"
