Clean and spacious two bedroom apartment for family of 2 adults and 2 kids, with a queen bed and a bunk bed in two separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in living room. Central location, right next to the arena. There’s a caffe downstairs next door where we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend to all my friends who will be visiting Verona in future.

I would 100% recommend this place for several reasons! Location is excellent the arena can be seen from your balcony and the park, where many tours meet, is also right there. The room is clean and the elevator works. Bed and pillows are comfortable and bathroom is super modern with a bidet and also very clean. I can not over emphasized the brilliance of the location! 10 minute easy walk from station and everything is right by you including the shopping and 2 amazing bodegas!!! One for a great deli sandwich and the other for an after opera rum!! Entrance into the room is safe and secure and never felt unsafe as a solo traveler in the area! The staff went out of their way to communicate all information with me and sent pictures for easy and quick entry. Yes the elevator and air conditioner both work!! I come to Verona for many operas each summer and I will stay here each time for the connivence, helpful staff, cleanliness and safety.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Verona! This apartment is absolutely stunning! It's a very nice apartment that has been tastefully renovated, blending modern design with historic charm. The interior is beautiful, with a chic, modern feel and a lovely exposed brick wall feature. Everything felt top-notch, from the quality of the furnishings to the amenities provided. The location is truly amazing, right next to the Arena. We had an incredible view from our apartment that overlooked the vibrant Piazza Bra. Being in the city center was perfect; we truly soaked into the old city atmosphere, as we were within walking distance to everything. We travelled by car, the public parking is very close, just a few minutes' walking distance from the apartment, which was a huge convenience in the city center. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a luxurious, central and authentic Verona experience!

The apartment was wonderful! The whole apartment is very clean and practically brand new. The kids bedroom had a bunk bed, which they enjoyed very much. The AC worked great which is such amazing +++ because we were there during a heat wave. The location is excellent!! We can literally see the arena from the room. 4 minute walk to Piazza Bra. There’s a cafe by the apartment entrance and a pizzeria down the street but a lot of food and shopping options within 5 min walk. The taxi is able to drop you off on the corner street. I would definitely book here again and 100% recommend this property!! Just a side note, the bathroom shower is smaller side (which is common in Italy anyways) and water comes out of the stall slightly. But the water pressure is strong which is amazing. The communication with host could have been better ( not horrible but could be better). I reached out the day before to get instructions instead of hearing from them beforehand. But it could have been because I booked through Expedia and not directly though them. Overall it was not a deal breaker at all. I would definitely rebook and recommend this property!!!
