Excellent stay! It is a small, very quiet and really peaceful hotel.We had a one bedroom cave suite with private pool and a view to die for. The room was very big, sofa and bed very comfortable. Kitchenette equipment is excellent. Fridge was very big. We also had the keys to the gates next to the pool so we had direct access to the beach without going round. Both ladies at the front desk were brilliant- genuine smiles, kindness and very helpful- they represent Volta very well- so was the kitchen staff, cleaning staff and the gardener. The flowers and herbs at the property are so lovely. The rooftop restaurant is great. Just a wonderful stay- everything worked and was better then expected. We were given welcome gifts in the room and! at the checkout we were given very I mean very generous "goodbye" gifts. Wow! Thank you very much to the whole team and the owners for showing how great hospitality should work.

Unser Aufenthalt im **Volta Seaside Boutique Hotel** war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen, die weit über das Übliche hinausgeht. Das Begrüßungsgeschenk war eine wunderbare Aufmerksamkeit und hat sofort das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Was dieses Hotel wirklich besonders macht, ist der **herausragende Service** und die familiäre Atmosphäre. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter sowie das Management sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, bei jeder Frage oder jedem Anliegen erhielten wir sofort kompetente und herzliche Unterstützung. Man spürt, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Das stilvolle, einladende Interieur und die überschaubare Größe des Hotels sorgen dafür, dass man sich nicht wie einer von vielen Gästen fühlt, sondern wie ein Teil der Familie. Genau diese persönliche Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die liebevollen Gesten des Hotels: Der traditionelle kretische Abend jeden Mittwoch, zu dem die Gäste eingeladen werden, ist ein echtes Highlight und vermittelt die Kultur und Gastfreundschaft Kretas auf authentische Weise. Ebenso war das Abschiedsgeschenk beim Checkout eine sehr nette Geste und ein schöner Abschluss eines perfekten Urlaubs. Wir können das **Volta Seaside Boutique Hotel** uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Pool. Es war alles sauber und neu und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag möchte ich persönlich anmerken, dass im Bad eine Tür oder Vorhang vor der Dusche nützlich wäre, da sonst alles nass wird. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Frühstück war super und das essen im hoteleigenem Restaurant war ebenfalls klasse. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber im kleinen Zentrum hat man alles was man braucht und das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
