Great location with everything you need within walking distance. There’s a convenient store close by, a 24-hour Bun Bo Hue spot for late-night cravings, and plenty of cafes, including a nice one just downstairs. I also appreciated the good massage parlour nearby. BEST LOCATION! Walkable to most of the popular places, peaceful at night and busy in the AM which I prefer. I had such a wonderful stay! I stayed for One nights and it was a really great stay. Room is very clean and spacious. Compound is quite luxurious and has large swimming pool and gym with good equipments. There is family mart on the ground floor and you can get pretty much everything you need for short term stay. I would come back for my next visit.

A clean, modern, and light-filled apartment with balcony and great view onto the alleyway below and surrounding buildings. It has all the necessities, and a few added touches: storage space, clothes drying rack, washing machine (downstairs), coat hooks, and almost blackout blinds.

Feedback is overall great!- We've been interacting with Phuong who is very friendly and also been very responsive with our queries and messages as a whole! Instructions on getting in to the apartment is clear and very easy I can say. Phuong has proactively share a list of recommended places to eat around the area which is quite handy.
