お風呂がカビ臭かったそこがちょっといまいちでした。カビキラーで清掃した方が良さそうです。お風呂の使い方がわからなくて問い合わせの電話させていただきました。対応はとてもよかったです。 通りに面しているので、うるさくて眠れませんでした。建物は古いけど、内装は綺麗になってます。トイレにスリッパがないので素足で入るのに抵抗を感じました。

お湯がでずにお風呂が入れないため、ホテルを変えた。 電話して対応聞いたが、その通りやってもお湯がでないが、返金対応してもらえない。 故障を部分を動画で送ってと言われたが、スタッフが自ら確認してほしい。
