Precisamos deixar registrado o primoroso atendimento do hotel. Uma equipe treinada e uma hospitalidade de alto padrão. Nos hospedamos com a nossa família em um quarto quádruplo com todo conforto, em um ambiente gracioso, funcional e limpo. A localização é muito propícia ao deslocamento, perto do metrô é muito funcional com redes de conveniências e restaurantes no entorno. Tivemos um contratempo: esquecemos o celular e só nos demos conta quando estávamos em outra cidade. A equipe do hotel providenciou o envio para o hotel que estávamos e não precisamos nos preocupar com nada. Excelente!!

Virkelig lækker hotel med god plads. Ueno er mere stille end andre distrikter i Tokyo, dog har Ueno en masse at byde på. Det var dejligt at komme hjem til hotellet efter at have været ude. Masser af spisesteder i området og en lokal 7-11 konbini. Hotellet er meget rent, stilfuldt og elegant. Værelserne er omhyggeligt designet med flere rum, eget køkken, bad og toilet adskilt. Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Kan varmt anbefales!
