The room was very clean and organized when I arrived. Checking in was simple thanks to them sending a link to fill out some forms before hand so when I got there it was straightforward. While there it was a great experience. When I needed to check out and had questions of what to do with the garage the property manager was helpful in answering me through the app.

Communication with the host before and after checking in was good. During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee.

Pros: The room we rent was spacious, with kitchenette, small fridge and even a washing/dryer machine. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near two train stations. Cons: The check in process could be better. By Japanese law, visitors need to register with personal information and also a copy of the passport. This hotel has no front desk and you have to do self-check in which was ok, the difficult part is when I need to show the passport in front of the camera from the tablet, the table had trouble to take picture or recognize the passport. This can be improved, we had to go through the same process for everyone in my family. But once checked in, we loved the place.

チェックインに際してフロント自体がないので、チェックインや部屋に入る手続きが面倒で分かりにくい。 オンラインチェックインなど、各種デバイスに慣れているなら大丈夫なのでしょう。 施設自体は、駅から歩ける範囲にあり、部屋の中は広く、清潔で、簡単な調理ができるキッチンも揃っていて、素晴らしい。

設備は綺麗で。連泊にはもってこいです。洗濯機、乾燥機、浴室乾燥機、炊飯器、食器、電子レンジ、トースターなど…ひと通り生活に必要なものが揃っています。 駅からは少しありますが、特に空港利用者には便利だと思います。糀谷駅の方が少し近いです。どちらの駅も周辺にお店が多くて便利です。 残念なところは、チェックインのタブレットの反応が悪くて時間がめちゃめちゃ掛かるところと。ウェルカムコーヒーのコーヒーメーカーが使えなくて、きっと数日掃除もされていない事 です。 でも。リーズナブルで綺麗で使いやすいので。また必ず利用します。
