10 Jun 2026We really enjoyed the space. It was new, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. The space had two double beds, couch, tv, kitchen, laundry.
The only thing we would have liked is if they had bigger beds. Two double beds for four people reservation is too small.

10 Jul 2026Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple.
Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay.

1 Jul 2026The room was clean and came with a washer machine. Hotel staff were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly during check in. One thing to note is you must turn on the water boiler to get hot water. The one in our room was located near the kitchen sink. There are some small restaurants near the hotel and convenience stores (Lawson, Seicomart). Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station.

24 Jun 2026Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room.
Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around.
Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!

3 Jul 2026the hotel is brand new. very neat and tidy, everything is excellent. We have spacious room and have a washing machine in room.
Don't fool by the only 2 star rating, it is because the hotel has not many facilities such a no pool no restaurant,and no 24 hours check in.
I want to mention that there is meter parking just near the hotel, its very convenient, 1300yen overnight from 1800-0800, and 800 yen from 0800-1800. It is at very good price.

6 Jul 2026I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience.
What I liked:
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
What could be better:
We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. That’s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

1 Sept 2026It was our first time visiting Hokkaido, and Randor Hotel Sapporo Heritage gave us a fantastic experience during our stay.
The location is superb and very convenient, with easy access to the Susukino area and plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is lively, and the nightlife around Susukino is fantastic.
The hotel itself is very clean, and our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It was also a great base for exploring Sapporo, with many of the city’s attractions easily accessible.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you want to be close to Sapporo’s attractions, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amenities were readily available at the front desk but I would still prefer a room cleaning atleast once in my 4 day stay. A fresh linen makes a great difference. All else is great......

18 Aug 2026We stayed for a total of four nights. The first night was for the Junior Suite for two adults and three children, in room 1309. For the rest of the nights, we reserved the King Suite, in room 1009.
Our original travel plan was changed, and about a month out, we cancelled a stay in Otaru, and added a night at Randor. Randor messaged me that we would need to book a separate reservation for a separate room due to availability.
Upon arrival on the 8th, I asked what the difference was between the room for the 8th and the remainder of the stay, and neither of the front desk staff knew. They assumed the King Suite is bigger. I asked that if there isn't much difference, we would prefer to stay in the first room so we didn't have to pack up, check out at 1100 hours, and recheck in at 1500 hours. They told me that we cannot keep the same room due to availability.
So in the afternoon of the 9th when we found that the rooms were exactly the same, we were very disappointed. The view from the 10th floor was now less of a view, as it was blocked from some of the nearby buildings.
King Suite rooms (Type G1) are on the 10/12/14th floor, Queen Suite rooms (Type G2) are on the 9/11/13th floor. Both are 91 sq m with the same layout.
If the King and Queen rooms are identical, a suggestion for Randor would be to make the room designation the same so that there's no confusion. Checking in and out with children is very inconvenient.

4 Oct 2026스위트 타입은 가족들과 각방을 쓸 수 있어서 선택했는데 너무 만족했습니다. 가격대비 넓고 깨끗하고 방음도 잘되고 거실에서 야식먹기에도 완벽합니다. 가성비 생각하면 룸클리닝 서비스 없는 것도 차라리 편했고 수건을 더 가지러 가지 않아도 될만큼 구비되어있습니다. 프론트로 연락하는 방법이 좀 어려우니 굳이 연락할 일도 없었어요. 혹시나 신상호텔이라 고민되는 분 중 스스키노에서 5분정도 걸을 수 잇다면 선택하시고 택시부르기에도 매우 편리합니다. 부모님이 넓은 호텔에 거실까지 잇어 대만족하셨습니다. 주변에 맛집많아요

12 Sept 2026チェックインの時間が22時以降になるとフロントに人がいなくなるのでタブレット入力でする必要あり。言語選択が難しく、何度も手こずった。名前を入れても登録されていないと言われ往生した。緊急連絡先に電話を入れても留守電になり、連絡取れずに途方に暮れていたら折り返しの電話がようやくあり、やっとのことでチェックインできた。名前の登録がローマ字であったことが後で判明した。ホテルズコムで予約すると名前登録が日本語ではなく英語となるので注意が必要。
キーレスで番号入力。部屋は広く、キッチンから洗濯機まで部屋に常備されており使い勝手は良かった。

26 Aug 2026飯店整體很新，房間空間也相當寬敞，住起來很舒適。步行到狸小路大約10分鐘，逛街購物還算方便。房內有洗衣機，對長天數旅行來說很實用，不過比較可惜的是沒有烘乾功能。另外，飯店距離機場巴士薄野站以及地鐵站稍微遠了一些，如果行李比較多，移動時會稍微不方便。整體而言，住宿品質不錯，房間寬敞又新，是會考慮再次入住的飯店。
