After parking the car, we ventured up to reception, and were greeted by Eman, who made our check in extremely easy, was very professional, polite, courteous and what an outstanding piece of customer service. The hotel management should be proud of her attitude to customers. A smile goes a long way, and she had that in abundance.
Have stayed in other branded hotels, and this was our first time at the Hampton, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
