Overall lovely hotel with beautiful decor and facilities. Everywhere was very clean. The overflow car park still undergoing building works and £27 a day for parking is very overpriced. No toilet roll in our room. Very slow service at breakfast and ran out of milk at and could only offer oat milk. Seemed to be more waiting staff just stood around rather than serving

Everything about our holiday was amazing from start to finish. Would definitely recommend the hotel. A special mention goes to the lovely Kate on reception. She looked after us and gave us lots of help.

Everything from start to finish was perfect We were greeted by friendly and ready to help staff members at the reception, nothing was too much trouble for them. Then we had a lovely spa treatment which helped us relax after a busy week. The hotel design and feel is very beautiful, the food was super delicious, the best calamari we ever had. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It definitely left a memory in our hearts, all the staff members made us feel very welcome and cared for. Strongly recommend and we will definitely come back!

We loved The Nici hotel i Newquay! The staf was amazing, clean and nice room, and the location was perfect. The hotel had only been open for a month when er were there, so the pool was not ready yet. But we got a free massage and the kids could have a free surfinglesson if they had wanted to. It is close to everything in town, so we walked everywhere. We really liked this hotell, and would stay there again if we're coming back to Newquay!
