Great Location, Great View, Great Rooms. My only small complaint was not being able to get in for breakfast on the 38th floor restaurant - and we didn't have time to wait. The concierge was very unhelpful but we found the restaurant on the grand floor (JP Teres) and the breakfast and service was excellent. It doesn't have the view but it was better than the 38th. We'll stay again

Great location. If booking a Tower view then try and request a higher floor as they will have even better views. You can get to the Towers without ever really having to go outside which helps when it's bad weather.

Excellent Management
My mom and I had an issue while staying at this hotel. However, when we spoke to a woman (I believe her name is Jenny) at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful. She had her manager get in touch with me and my mom. The manager was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. This was several months ago but I wanted to write a review because Jenny and her manager were absolute helpful and understanding. I hope that both of them get a raise or get bumped up in management because they are people who know how to take care of their guests.

The staff on the morning buffet area were really attentive and friendly. Food was incredibly delicious. The staff on the lobby reception area were not welcoming, bearing serious, not-so-friendly faces. Ground staff were all friendly though. The corner nooks of the room we were in were dusty when I wiped them upon arrival and there was an ugly non-removable yellow-brown stain on the bathroom tile. There were 3 of us in the room, and I repeatedly asked for an extra bar of soap for the sink area ( called guest services 3x, different days) but my request was only granted after 5 days, after I chanced around the housekeeping staff (2 days before we left.) We were booked for a week. They gave us extra towels, however, also on the 5th day. I like the location of the property.
