Gostei do hotel, do atendimento, o custo beneficio compensa, mas existe um problema que da para ser consertado que e a falta de telefone nos apartamentos para cominicar com a recepção, a comunicação ê feita via Whatsapp e não é sempre que os funcionários da recepção esta com disponibilidade de ficar observando as mensagens da página do botel no Whatsapp, eu mesmo tive que me deslocar até a recepção para resolver um problema simples mas também observei que a recepção estava com muitos fazendo check-in, essa tentativa de economia não surgiu efeitos positivos, do restaurante transcorreu tudo muito bem.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no hotel, desde o atendimento na recepção até com a limpeza dos quartos realizada pela camareira Ângela que manteve os quartos impecáveis. O café da manhã sempre com reposição, até mesmo quase no final de terminar o café da manhã tinha reposição. A piscina esteve liberada todos os dias até ás 20h, sentimos apenas falta de um bar/restaurante que poderia ter na cobertura. Mas indicamos sem dúvida a hospedagem.

Pontos negativos: Ar condicionado do quarto muito barulhento, o box do banheiro estava vazando, não havia tomada no quarto para uso de aparelhos ( carregar celular, usar um computador), só havia a tomado do frigobar e uma dentro do banheiro. Não havia telefone no quarto, contato por celular usando whatsapp, Os lençóis estavam manchados. Não tinha tapete no banheiro. Café da manhã muito sem opção. Estacionamento não estava incluso. Pontos positivos: Quarto muito espaçoso, banheiro grande, colchão confortável. Bom preço e localização. Funcionários atendem bem.

Razoável, acho que no geral valeu pelo valor cobrado. Reservei dois quartos, um deles ficaram meus avós e no último dia o ar condicionado quebrou, era bem velho. Os quartos não seguem um padrão, no meu o ar condicionado era novo. Outra diferença era que no banheiro deles tinha secador de cabelo e no meu não. No final supriu a necessidade, a questão do ar condicionado que foi mais complicado, a estrutura geral do hotel é bem antiga, é necessário alguma reforma para melhorias. A cama também um pouco dura, só que nada que atrapalhe o sono, solicitei uma manta para dormir e ela não veio cheirosa, não que estivesse suja, mas com um cheiro estranho. Café da manhã razoável também, gostoso, apesar das poucas opções.
