Overall experience was nice. Check In was quick & so does the check out. The reception guy facilitated the shuttle to the airport pretty quick & before its desired departure time in the early morning. Rooms need a bit of ramp up as with the course of time many little little things seems to have worn out with regular use.

Place worked well for me, because it’s located right down the highway from the airport. In-house food service was prompt and decent. Outside of the busier hustle and bustle of the city but easy taxi access at if you want a ride to the city center areas. Lots of staff and they stay busy making the place work for guests.

Amritsar has a few choice of top rated hotels
while I waited for long in the airport for the free shuttle , the driver was given a wrong phone number by the reservation team , so had to shell out many time more for a short ride with Uber, I do appreciate the staff are trying their best to keep everything going , but there are untrained staff who dont answer if they are not able to , stay was OK just as any other 3 star hotel, lots could be improved as it is a prime property , food was not bad but not in the great category.
