My colleague and I stayed here for three nights and were happy with our stay. The location is good and close to the Riyadth central street. The staff were very kind, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries were great quality. The downside was the internet and limited tv channels. The internet was quite slow, and I had trouble checking my emails or watching videos. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were good, though the desserts could be improved. Overall, a pleasant stay

Pros: Parking was crowded. Garage was full, first day parked outside next to building. Second day in front of the building. Check in/out was quick/ easy. Staff is helpful/ kind. Facilities were clean/ lobby decor was nice. My suite 1807 was clean/spacious. Bed was comfortable. Found the extra pillow in a drawer. Bathroom is very spacious/clean although the shower has some wear/tear with regards to the floor tile. It has useful aminities. It has a Jacuzzi tub which I'm not sure if it works. Cons: Refrigerator was placed outside of the cabinet which I found to be a bit tacky looking. Shower floor tile has noticeable wear/tear. Couch has visible white stains on cushions that looked suspicious 😝 Phones in room were disconnected. We didn't realize this until the last day when we were calling to order room service. We were able to get only one of them to work. I gave this hotel 3 ⭐⭐⭐ mainly due to lack of enforcement of the Covid-19 health/safety protocols not being enforced. The rules haven't changed. Unmasked guest were allowed to enter/sit in hotel lobby/ignore security's request to wear a mask. One man, I don't know if he was a guest or not, entered/ignored security's request for tawakkalna, temperature check/to wear a mask.
