Nice room except for the window!
The hotel room was pleasantly large so we had lots of space. The only negative is in our room the bathroom had a window that overlooks the main bedroom space. So when a person takes a shower, anyone in the bedroom can see everything despite the frosted glass. This is an issue if a family is staying there with grown children.

Hotel was good and clean. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very convenience, The bus # 14A bus in front of the hotel. Having try the bus yet. The nearby tram 0 and subway U1 can bring you to city center, Walking distant to Wien Central Station but I am lazy to connect with tram. Hotel overall was very good and higher recommended. Next Vienna tour will stay with the Hotel Caroline again for sure. Thank you.

This location worked for us but it always was about a 15-20 min walk to the subway so we found ourself taxiing a lot because of our walking ability. Taxis were readily available. The hotel breakfast food which was included was exquisite. A few of the staff were unfriendly, but the front desk operator on our departure was very helpful and jovial with us…a breath of fresh air. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
