The Swan is a great place to stay if visiting Staines. The room given was very clean and had a great view over the Thames. And despite being above the outside seating area was quiet, due to no music being played. I would recommend.

What a little gem this place is. We didn't want to stay at the airport overnight so booked The Swan. We enjoyed an evening meal in their restaurant when we arrived at the hotel. Great food and lovely staff. Everyone was helpful and engaging. Especially Mason and Paul. Full English breakfast after a good night's sleep. Would definitely book again if we fly from Heathrow in the future

We had room 11 which is an amazing room with three large box sash windows overlooking the Thames. It was wonderful to sit with a coffee and the window open watching the boats come and go. The bed and all the fixture looked lovely and we're good quality and comfy. Full English breakfast was tasty and eaten in the riverside restaurant. A wonderful trip we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are above a busy pub which may not suit everyone but we couldn't fault it. .

My two boys and I stayed at The Swan Hotel, as a stop off before going to Thorpe Park. All I can say is wow. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the location was walking distance to shops (and McDonalds) The breakfast was freshly cooked. And they even cooked my youngest a special breakfast as he is very fussy. Definitely go there again
