The room was dirty, the towels were stained. The bed linens were dirty, there was hair on the linen and what looked like dead skin. The shower was broken and the overall condition was really bad. Wouldn’t stay here again, I was afraid to sleep in there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We got to our hotel to check in & the person at the front desk said that our hotel room had been canceled. I never cancelled the reservation. They had no double bed rooms left & we were made to buy a room with ONE BED, when there was 4 people. Definitely not using hotels.com ever again!!

Room’s a/c was inoperative and you can tell, it’s been deferred for a long time. The cash deposit taken at the desk with no deposit is sketchy. That’s a first. No ice? I think it’s time for ice. My husband, with a disability making him unable to walk was denied restroom use- for 40 minutes.
