The only reason we booked it was because of the low price compared to other accommodation in the area. If you did not made a reservation for parking, good luck. The cleanliness was abysimal: blood stain on the bedsheet, window's handle was broken, questionable marks and dirtiness on the wall, etc... The staff were quick to respond to our questions and the indications were clear so that is good.
Overall, for a one-time deal, its manageable, but I can't recommend it for more than a single night. At least, it has a low price, but you'll have what you'll pay.

Check in was easy & efficient, bed was comfy. The room had 2 fans one didn’t work and the second was broken and rattled, the fridge was dirty and on its last gasp of life. The private bathroom was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The property had a good location from ttc west finch with shops and take aways close by.

Air conditioning but not adjustable, bathroom clean.
Did not like box fan did not work, toilet seat one side loose broken, and frigarator needs to be defrosted should have a t.v. bed was ok.

Great location. A few minutes walk to Yorkgate mall. Finch subway is just 10 minutes walking distance away. There is public transportation at your door.

I don’t recommend this place
The place was clean but there was no other furniture in the bedroom, just a bed. No toiletries provided either. Gave us only 1 towel & have to ask for another 1 coz there were 2 of us. The staff even got upset with us coz we asked for toilet paper. If the place was ready, we shouldnt have to ask for stuff. I know that they are quite cheap compared to a hotel but at least they should make their place more accommodating so guests can come back. The location was good coz it is close to Rogers Stadium.
