Shocking service
After a terrible day of travelling we arrived at the hotel to be subject to terrible customer service. My son had booked through a 3rd party booking agent who had requested a single room instead of a double. The hotel receptionist offered NO help at all to get this sorted, telling us they were full and couldn’t offer another room. After no help to get this sorted, I ended up booking a junior suite which was miraculously available, despite being told they were full up. Escalated to the manager but again no support - it’s not their problem. Sullied the stay. Won’t return and won’t recommend.
