Staff are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, they were willing , helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success. Owners should consider investing in a renovation and some no smoking rooms to make it wholly complete

Totally unexpected from the get go in every (positive) aspect! From the initial contact with staff everything went smooth and easy. Incredibly helpful staff ( Thank you so much Mr. Emrah Saracoglu!) who is truly happy to make your stay in hotel and city of Adana experience to remember. This hotel is on par ( if not better) with huge hotel chains located nearby. Super rich buffet breakfast even for demanding people like me ( I am vegan). Room was more than spacious ( much more than hotel of this rating) and there was no any scent of tobacco. Just amazaing experience staying in Cukurova park. And yes covered valet parking is free. Thank you to the staff for making beautiful time I spent in Adana even better.

Otel pisi nevresim ortasında koca bir delik. Baza örtüsü pis kusmak vardı. Temizlenmiş oda banyosunda yerde t. Kağıdı atılı. Pencerelere perde koymaya gerek yok çünkü o kadar pis zaten dışarıyı göremiyorsunu. Pencere tam kapanmıyor. Geç vakti kadar gürültüden uyuyamıyorsunu. Tuvalete sifonu devamlı su akıtıyor. Havlular sert ve morlaşmış. Kahvaltıya giderken merdiven lerde ölmüş hamam böceği vardı.

Merkezi bir yerde. Arabanızı yandaki bir anlaşmalı otoparka koyuyorsunuz. Hiç arabaya ihtiyaç duymadan bir çok yeri gezdim. Yatak rahatsızdı. Temizlik çok iyi değil. Kahvaltı fena değil. Kahvaltı salonunda ki ilgi çok güzel ama. Bunu demeden geçmeyecem. Oradaki garson arkadaşlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü. Çayı hemen tazelemesi. Herşeyle ilgilenmesi çok güzeldi. Bir detay daha var. Otelin hemen yakınından gelen yüksek sesli müzik sesi, gece geç saatlere kadar uyutmadı.

Otele girer girmez çok ağır bir koku vardı , odaya geçince geçer diye düşündük ama odadaki koku daha kötüydü.Eşyalar genel olarak çok eskiydi, havlular , çarşaflar solmuş ve üzerinde kir lekeleri vardı.Kahvaltı yetersizdi, daha çok meze tarzı hazırlanmıştı nedense.Personel ilgiliydi, konumu merkezi ama genel olarak bir daha asla tercih edeceğim veya tavsiye edeceğim bir otel değil.
