Great hotel, don’t count on luggage storage
Very nice hotel in a great area. Warning to those planning to leave luggage in storage the day you check out— we were leaving on a Sunday and they told us as we were dropping our bags that we had to be back by 3pm to get them. It really cut our last day short! We had a late evening flight and ended up stuck waiting for the second half of the day instead of exploring. I know this isn’t the hotel’s responsibility but would have been good to know beforehand as we would have booked elsewhere

Great location. Be aware that there's no elevator so you will need to carry luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs. No frills place at a bargain place. Also, there is extremely limited parking in the area so you're better off without a car.

We arrived in San Juan the night before a cruise. We needed a room just for 1 night, and this was an inexpensive option. Nothing fancy needed, nothing fancy offered. Clean , comfortable, quiet.

Phenomenal location, but that's all.
We can only ecco what other visitors have said. Bad communication form the owners, inconsistent policies and a room that feel more like a closet than a hotel or guest house room. Tankless water heater directly plugs into an electric outlet in the shower which is a real hazard. No Internet is available and the after hours phone number is not attended. For the one night we spent there it was fine. But would not recommend for extended stays.

The rooms are impeccably clean Kudos to the housekeepers and well-equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions yet still peaceful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Navona Studios to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!
