Hotel was in a beautiful area, just a short walk from multiple metro stations, restaurants and shops, and of course, Hyde Park. Area felt safe, clean, and the staff were delightful. I would highly recommend this place.

The beds was comfortable and the wifi strong but the bathroom was stuck in the 80's with cold water tabs which didn't work. If they put some efforts in improving the bathrooms, it would mke for a comfortable stay (even though the rooms are quite small). Perfect location for Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
