Beautiful hotel
Self-service check-out was nice and easy but self-service check-in had some technical issues. I did receive help from the staff but what I don’t understand is if there is staff available, couldn’t they have just checked me in? Now I had to write down all the information myself while the staff was standing next to me doing nothing. That’s just weird to me! Anyhow the hotel was beautiful, clean and silent. Very good location next to the metro!
