When arriving at the hotel the manager (owner) had no room ready for my partner and I. We were then put in a room that we did not book. After spending 2 nights in that room the manager knocked on our door at 9:30am and requested that we pack and move in half an hour to our new room. The new room was much smaller and very hot, we then questioned air conditioning as it was advertised on hotels.com and outside the hotel that a/c was provided. We were told that we would have to pay nightly for this which is not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement. We decided to pay for this a/c which ended up being a waste of money as it did not work.The room was so hot at night my partner and myself had to sleep outside by the pool. We then asked if we could have more towels as we had no clean towels for the 4 nights we were there, we were told we were not allowed any more towels. On the last day my partner wanted to speak to the hotel manager about the terrible stay we have had, the manager was rude, ignorant, unprofessional and in the end said ' he was too busy to discuss this' and walked away. We spoke to all the staff who very un helpful and didn't seem to care about what we had to say.
I would have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would never recommend this place to anybody, not even for a night.

Quelle déception !!!
Si cet hôtel est plutôt bien situé géographiquement parlant, il est à mille lieues de mes attentes aux vues du descriptif ! Habituée à voyager, je ne recherche ni luxe, ni clinquant mais un minimum de confort. Et là, même le minimum n'y est pas. Studio au mobilier plus que vieillot et triste, lit inconfortable au possible, odeur de renfermé, douche rouillé et cassée, contrairement au descriptif pas de télé, ni sèche cheveux, ni fer à repasser ... je n'en ai pas forcément utilité mais c'est pour le principe : le logement doit correspondre à ce que le client paye. Il faut rajouter 40 euros par semaine pour la climatisation car la chaleur y est insupportable. Des moustiques en masse mais aucune moustiquaire à la fenêtre. J'avais loué un studio pour préparer mes repas .... unique plaque électrique et une seule casserole !! autant manger à l'extérieur, la nourriture est bonne et très peu chère.
Le studio se trouve au dessus du restaurant. A éviter si vous avez des enfants car impossible de s'endormir tôt.
Coin piscine modeste mais agréable. Dommage que l'eau soit trouble. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.

Studio très vétuste, mal agencé. climatisation payante. Pas de parking. Pas d.eau chaude le matin. Pas de tv. Wifi fonctionne très mal. pas de volets. Sdb en mauvais état. ...bref ne correspond Pas du tout au descriptif...point positif : charmant village proche de la mer. Les Crêtois très sympathiques. Piscine agréable.

Var meget svære at kommunikere med, dog kunne man sagtens modtage kontanter, selvom de havde annonceret med at de tog VISA.
De bude lukke biksen, eller sælge til nogen der vil gøre mere ud af faciliteterne.

Lovely relaxing stay in a basic but spacious room
The hotel is fronted by a restaurant (good food) with a v friendly family. They fetched Maria (the old lady who runs the apartments). We were shown by our room to Maria, who is friendly enough but doesn't speak much English. The rooms a little basic, one stove & a kettle, but spacious and we even had a sea & pool view from the balcony!
Aircon costs 6EUR a day; worth is as first night we didn’t get it and left the window open, and I was bitten 88 times by mozzies!
Good parts: lovely warm swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, not crowded, spacious rooms, aircon, location, comfy bed, cheap supermarkets close by, beach close by, quiet small resort
Bad parts: pool chemicals turned white parts of our trunks green, pool bar only had 4 bottles of spirits and some cans of beer in a fridge, toilet & shower leaked, cleaners would enter the room without even knocking, had to pay for aircon & Maria’s English - she took away our 'computer' (she meant the remote) on the last night, with a panicked explanation in Greek, that meant nothing to us!
Otherwise, we had a lovely cheap holiday & relaxed all day on the balcony or by the pool. If you want something cheap, quiet, and don't mind the shortcomings, there's worse choices.

Hôtel un peu décevant
Accueil aimable comme partout en Crête. Cependant appartement à décoration vieillotte peu avenant et propreté laissant un peu à désirer. Jolie piscine et plein centre de la petite ville, pas très loin des plages. Inconvénient également : la climatisation est en option. Prix peu élevé cependant, ce qui peut expliquer cela.

Skøn ferie på lille familiedrevet hotel
Hotellet har ingen fysisk reception og hende, der står for det kunne meget lidt engelsk. Der forefindes ingen wifi, selvom Hotels.com skriver det. Vi havde dog en dejlig ferie, da der er fin plads ved den skønne pool og halvpension blev indtaget i den skønneste familierestaurant med lækre italienske og græske specialiteter.

Appartement situé en centre ville mais à l'écart du bruit, fonctionnel mais meubles vieillots, assez tristounet. Climatisation à payer en supplément. Propriétaires agréables. Extérieur avec piscine sympa.

Don't bother.
Old and uninhabited, we only booked this because we got into crete late one night and was only going to sleep there and needed something cheap. Find another place if you are going to spend a whole day there.
