Favorite place ever to stay.
4th time staying as it my sisters and my favorite place to stay when in Kingston. The decor is superb! Stunning. Gorgeous large room with fireplace, the most gorgeous living room/drawing room complete with grand piano and large Christmas tree. Amazing yummy breakfast and enjoy talking with the other guests. Host was lovely and welcoming. Picolo of pink sparking wine and chocolates and the softest robes ever is an added delight.

The b&b was beautiful inside. Very comfortable bed and accommodations (Prem King). The breakfast was delicious. The free bottled water and cc cookies was a pleasant surprise. We learned during the Haunted Walk that the B&B had a haunted history…which was cool. The only thing that was surprising was the condition of the yard and gardens. It needed some TLC. Overall a nice stay.

The personalized attention to detail was appreciated and we enjoyed the breakfast and cookies and water bottles. Everything you need is in the room! Quiet location walking distance to the waterfront and easy parking on weekends if no room in driveway. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We will stay here again!
