Pros: - walkable area, lots of amenities - clear check-in instructions, with flexible check-in and out options - cab service to airport that was so easy and cheap compared to many other options - can add on breakfast if you want - elevator Cons: - because of the age of the building, the plumbing uses a macerator. This is loud. - lack of hooks in the bathrooms, and places to set toiletries in the showers - a few cosmetic blemishes like dents in the wall - location a bit noisy outside with nightlife, but ear plugs solve that - some instructions on operating the appliances could be helpful Would definitely stay again!

I would have loved to stay here longer, and we would definitely stay here again. The staff was very communicative, there was a variety of food options; it’s close enough to main attractions to be accessible via walking while also avoiding the more populated areas. We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect for the four of us. It had comfy beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen area equipped with dishes and appliances for convenience and a feel of a home away from home. The elevator is two person max, but that’s fairly typical for Edinburgh. We were on the top floor, and the stairs were still manageable. We were very pleased with our stay and how conveniently located it was.

Great location- convenient to transportation (3 blocks from the airport tram) and great dining options. Very easy checkin. We loved the washing machine and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. We were there for the last weekend of the Fringe so we heard some street noise but that was expected. Very helpful reception staff.
