Poor customer services and hygienic conditions
Usually, I don't write reviews but its imp.
First the title says its a hotel but instead its a motel and the same has been mentioned on slogan outside the building. I reached there at around 1410 but they refuse to be generous to checkin stating the check in time is 1500 otherwise I have to pay approximately 12 USD. I went out to pass the time. Thereafter they assigned me a room which was extremely dirty. I made a video and showed it to them. I am attaching few pictures from the video due to large video size. They changed my room but unfortunately it was dirty as well. I asked the janitor in the corridor to clean the room he very rude does that but still there were so many dust and other particles on the floor. Unlike a hotel they did not provide any toothpaste or toothbrush. I took a shower around 1700 but due to the short length of the shower curtain the water spill in the restroom. I had asked them to send someone to clean it but they refused stating we do not have any janitor at this time. So beware if you spill something in the room nobody is coming to clean it until next morning. I was told to use AC as a heater but that was not working well. I had to sleep in chilly nights bearing all the cold. The are even using an incentive shown in pictures to attract guests writing good reviews, fortunately I did not fel for it and reporting my honest comments. The customer service overall was very poor and they are just taking advantage of their location being near to downtown.

Terrible!!! Stay away!!!
Terrible!!! Only better than a homeless cardboard box!
Tiny smelly room, window air conditioner that’s louder than a diesel engine, don’t expect any service, even if you ask!!

NO TROUBLE AT ALL
I was welcomed with open arms, the process from start to finish was user friendly, very accommodating. What I didn't like was the 3rd party that I used for the first time that banged my cc for 33 beans. Didn't know about it wasn't expecting it.

Unexpected Gem in Historic Las Vegas!
We loved the location, style and price of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy walking distance to Freemont Street and all the wonderful things that there are to see and do. The rooms are modern, roomy and quiet. We wished the weather would have allowed us to enjoy the pool (maybe next time) and the parking was free and easily accessible. Our only complaint (if you want to call it a complaint) is that the floor could have been a little cleaner; we felt the need to wear our slippers or shoes while moving about the room. We found this to be a great place for any age guest and plan on staying there the next time we're in Las Vegas.
