Accessibilità disabili impossibile visto il numero di gradini sia per raggiungere la reception che gli ascensori. Personale non propriamente cortese Colazione troppo basic per un 5 stelle (pane duro immangiabile, colazione salata inesistente, frutta scarsa cestino con arance vecchie e limoni e due kiwi marmorei e 1 mela da litigare tra commensali, disposizione angolo cornflakes con cestini di recupero Pulizia bagno da rivedere (spazzolino water sporco da precedenti occupanti)

Definitely not a five star hotel, it is in big need of a renewal but the staff is excellent, the rooms are big (but very old) and it’s clean (and that’s what mattered the most)
