Wonderful service

It was a true pleasure for me to stay at this hotel, as it was evident that they really tried to take care of their guests. There was a separate shower room, good amenities, tasty breakfast and the staff was always friendly and supportive.

The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well.

Very nice stay and convenient hotel to drive and park. Just outside the city so it’s quiet and nice. We got the ocean view room and it’s true to its word, good view of the sea. The service provided was very good and felt warm and done with a heart. Short walk to Olle trail 7 and a nice cafe 60 bricks that is along the trail. We also like that it was quiet and there is free breakfast and free laundry. When we mentioned we do not eat bacon, it was replaced by salad the next day. CU and COMPOST Coffee was also around the corner. Cosy and heartfelt! will book again!
