Impressive view
We have stayed at Seven a few times. It is close to the City Centre but in a quiet area. The Car park is handy. We had booked an accessible room but the bed, although a double looked tiny so asked if there was a room with a bigger bed. The very nice man on Reception upgraded us to a King with Estuary view. We will stay again I am sure.

Room had stained carpet and the shower head is so limescale it opened up everywhere all over my clothes to wear that evening. Asked for new bedding as wet and it took an hour to bring to us so couldn’t sleep until after 1am very dissatisfied

Loved this hotel, however cleanliness in the bathroom was a little bit of an issue. Found a lot of hair on walls floors and sink on arrival. Apart from that, location good, room service great, comfortable bed. Will stay again but will check cleanliness and report back next time if needed.

Beautiful Hotel. Few tweaks and would be amazing!
Brilliant service, very friendly. We extended our stay for an additional night. Ate in the restaurant on the afternoon, food was amazing! Only feedback is they could do with some powerpoints in the bar/lounge area to enable business customers to be able to work. We ended up having to work in the restaurant, which was ok for us, but wouldn't be possible when it's busy as they would need the table. Couple of the tables in the bar could do with being swopped for high level tables with power points. The design of the bathroom with the wet room spraying out isn't the best or you need a squeegee or extra bath mat.

Nice but impractical
The hotels looks very nice but I found the room and bathroom setting quite impractical. The shower screen, the sink and overall felt inconvenient for me Breakfast is not included and you pay per item from a la carte menu which I also thought it’s not a fair deal My room looked over the outside seating area of the restaurant which was noisy until late with Xmas dinners/parties at this time of the year

Nice location, with a view of the water, very relaxing. Plenty of space in the room, though the WiFi didn't work great from the desk (and I was trying to work). Walking distance to everything, and nice friendly staff.
