Zentrale Lage
Ich habe das Hotel wegen der zentralen Lage für den Besuch des Oldtimertreffens gebucht. Das ganze Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang freundlich und Hilfsbereit (ich habe das USB-Netzgerät vergessen). Das Zimmer, Economy-Einzelzimmer, ca. 11 m2 (inkl. DU/WC), ist auch für einen Kurtaufenthalt an der untersten Grenze. Natürlich wird mit dem recht hohen Preis auch der Wellnessbereich bezahlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Sternekategorie entsprechend gut. Enttäuschend war beim Abendessen der Service, der Chef de Service war nicht motiviert einen Single-Gast zu bedienen. Das Essen aber war ausgezeichnet. Fazit: der Aufenthalt war befriedigend.

Eine Nacht in Sarnen
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dem Hotel. Es ist sehr gut gelegen mitten im Dorf. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Bad ist auch schön und sauber. Der Empfang war eher so zu verstehen, als wenn wir an einem Schalter etwas Fragen und nicht sehr gewünscht sind. Bei Abreisen war das dann so wie es sein sollte. Die Betten sind, wie ich schon beim letzten Mal als Feedback gegeben habe, einfach viel zu hart. Das war nicht nur für mich so. Auf Nachfrage beim letzten Mal, wurde gesagt, das seit halt so. Man hat sich da nicht die Mühe gemacht, etwas dafür zu tun und einen Topper oder sonst was anzuschaffen, schade. Das war nun das letzte Mal, das wir da waren. Weiter viel Erfolg!
