Love a night out in Derby. For such a small town there's loads to do in the evening. Bunk is a lovely bar. The shopping centre is a bit of a hidden gem from the town centre. The dated old shopping centre suddenly turns into a large modern one

There was a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants in the city centre only a short walk from the Cathedral Quarter. We were there for a football game and the people were very friendly, suggesting places to go to eat and drink.

Derby itself was quieter on a weekday than expected. But that of course is nothing to do with our host or the property.
