ideal spot
Friendly staff, clean hotel, lovely breakfast. Ideal location for o2 which is one stop tube ride away - tube station just across the road from the hotel.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Excellent location, opposite Canning Town station and easy to get into the city via jubilee line. Rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Nice shower. Only bad thing is the towel quality was poor, bring your own with you if you can. Apart from that, great hotel and would definitely stay again. There's also a lovely area downstairs to sit and have a drink.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Room was small compact cosy but very clean . friendly helpful staff Perfect for tube station right opposite hotel Only downfall read there was parking but it’s actually in Morrison’s car park which was misleading Would definitely return in the future

OK for One Night Stay
Noisy heating unit in accommodation, made annoying noise all night. Check-out process was time consuming, one person trying to deal with many guests leaving same time is not handy.Breakfast was so-so, limited variety.

happy visitors
Another pleasant stay at the hotel whilst we stayed in London for the weekend. Only a 5 minute tube ride from the 02 arena and Morrison’s round the corner

Transit to LCY
Check-in was a bit messy & chaotic, not through a reception but with staff standing near the entrance checking details. Room & bathroom were fine considering its a transit hotel, location excellent directly opposite underground & DLR station which was why I chose it - a direct DLR link to the airport.

hand for transport
Room seemed a little small and an odd shape with bathroom door in way. lack of usb sockets that I found in the ibis styles just down the road, however, the breakfast was very nice indeed :) handy for transport across from tube DLR and bus station -- but quiet !

2 night weekend stay
The hotel is in a great location for those using Custom House (ExCel). The staff were very friendly and the rooms were well kept. The only thing to point out would be that the towels are on the small side. Other than that, we'd definitely stay here again.

Good 6.0
i don't know if its the modern way of running a hotel but it felt a bit unorganised and informal. there was no reception desk and was more of a restaurant so had to wait around next to the bar with all my luggage for a member of staff to be free, was confusing to start with as there was no one to explain what to do. When checking-in the employee was stood next to us out from the behind the bar casually booking us in on what looked like their mobile phone. once checked in we went to our room which was spacious, clean with tea & coffee making facilities. There was only 2 bath towels and a floor mat so had to use the large towel as a hand towel also. If you required extra items like an iron you had to whatsapp message a number which again felt informal for such a well known and established hotel chain. Breakfast was spot on covering most options
