Had an amazing time here. A little away from the beach but there is a shuttle which is free. If you wish to go anywhere you have to use taxi Drivers are lovely and very helpful. Last night dinner not so good as another party there refilling of food very slow. Bedroom was great as was air conditioning. Lovely cleaners. Pools fab as was help yourself bar. A good was from international airport and trip can be hard if you’re in a minibus.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel with friends to celebrate my birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing—there was a great variety, and everything was delicious. The staff were all incredibly pleasant and helpful, with a special shout out to Mickey, Javier, and Princess, who made our stay even more memorable (wish I remembered everyone’s name). For my birthday, I made a reservation at the Hummingbird Restaurant, and they went above and beyond by decorating my table and surprising me with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture that made my day even more special. Our room was kept spotless by the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job cleaning daily. The property itself is well-maintained and very clean, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach and the town area, which made exploring the area so convenient. They also offer a shuttle service to the Friday night street party for a fee, which was a fun experience. The hotel provides daily entertainment that strikes the perfect balance—relaxing, not overwhelming, but just enough to ensure you have a great time. Spent four nights at Bel Jou in early August. It was a really nice vacation for my girlfriend and I. The Caribbean night on the first night was a welcomed touch, especially the fire dancers. The mix of food on all of the nights was well appreciated and the fine dining was really nice as well. I was a bit skeptical about the self service bar, but it was really great to serve myself the drinks as strong as I wanted. Overall, I would stay again.

Best stay ever!!!! Was at Bel jou after St Lucia Carnival and the staff was very pleasant. I had to stay several days later due to the Microsoft affecting Delta flights. My sister and I stayed here for 7 nights and had such an enjoyable week. The food was fantastic with so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs did an incredible job with different dishes served every day. The hotel itself was pristine clean and housekeeping cleaned our room daily which was lovely to come back to after being out for the day. Jaffery needs a special mention as he is an asset to the hotel with the extra curricular events and activities he runs daily - our favourites were yoga, morning lighthouse walk and evening BBQ! The hotel offers a free shuttle bus ride 5 days a week to Vigie beach & Castries. It was also super easy to book other paid excursions (Snuba, Catamaran Boat Trip etc) through the hotel. Finally, the staff at the hotel were really who made our experience so special. They made a huge effort to ensure I had the best birthday by bringing out a cake and all singing happy birthday! The restaurant staff were very attentive and hard working. My sister and I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel and we would definitely return!
