Loved the location, service, and cleanliness. Also loved the $30 extra for a longer stay! They could work on maintenance though. The shower head wasn’t working and had to change our room.

bathroom needed cleaning and elevators were down for the 2-night duration of my stay. also, strange that i don't get a copy or email receipt.

This is not a 5 star hotel but I knew that when I booked it. For the price I was happy with our stay. 5 min walk to F train that takes you straight into mid town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and towels and they delivered to our room while we were out. Would stay again.

Caution: they will sell your room out from under you. There were several groups sleeping in the lobby who also had their room sold out from under them forcing them to sleep I noisy lobby. Also, no refund Front desk manager is not on property and can only be reached by email which goes unanswered.

Staff was helpful. Room is what you pay for. Did have to ask for a remote but they brought it up no problem. Pleasant stay.

Loved the stay and the care! The manager, i forgot her name, i think maybe Julie, but she was so professional, even though i was having a bad day, she was patient and treated me always with care and respect. 5* loved every minute of my stay :)

Great location near subway. It took only 20 minutes to get to midtown Manhattan. Very quiet. Clean room, comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Street parking seemed a little unsafe so I purchased nearby gated parking which I found very satisfactory. It is in the middle of a colorful family neighborhood with food trucks and street musicians. Way cheaper than hotels in Manhattan! I would definitely stay here again.

Basic is the right word for this place In a marginal but authentic neighborhood. Not for people who aren’t used to the realities of urban life in a city destroyed by gentrification and global capitalism. Convenient to public transportation.
